Refund policy

All items are made to order or produced in small batches to reduce waste and support thoughtful production at ChonkyWontons.

Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, we want you to be confident and happy with your purchase. We will gladly help if there is an issue with your order.

Returns or replacements may be considered if:

• The item arrives defective
• The item is incorrect due to our shipping error
• There is a confirmed manufacturing issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and details before purchasing, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

Our goal is for you and your little one to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we will work with you to make it right.
